• Assist in sourcing raw materials, components, and packaging materials for production
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare cost analysis reports
• Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and planning teams on material requirements
• Ensure materials meet quality and technical specifications
• Maintain supplier database and procurement records
• Assist in supplier evaluation and performance monitoring
• Support negotiation of price, lead time, and payment terms
• Handle delivery issues, shortages, or quality concerns with suppliers
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by Production Manager as required

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience in procurement/manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
• Able to work in fast-paced production environment
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings
