Job Summary

Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support for ICT products, ensuring successful project implementation and customer satisfaction through consultancy, demonstrations, installation, training, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical consultancy during pre-sales to support customer decision-making and product proof of concept demonstrations
• Execute post-sales activities including installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance of ICT equipment to ensure operational success
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to coordinate and ensure timely and effective project implementation
• Advise and support the internal sales team with technical expertise to enhance sales effectiveness
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain sufficient stock for fulfilling maintenance contract obligations
