Job Title: Coordination Manager (M&E- LTA projects)
Salary: $8,000 - $15,000 per month (Negotiable)

A leading civil engineering contractor delivering major transit and infrastructure works is recruiting a hands-on Coordination Manager for a significant new project. This pivotal role involves directing all interface management efforts, bridging the gap between design, construction, and diverse multi-disciplinary groups to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead all coordination between civil, structural, architectural, and system wide contractors (SWC) throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Manage a team of project coordinators covering civil, structural, architectural, and E&M disciplines.
3. Oversee design and construction interfaces for transit projects, ensuring full compliance with design approval processes and the TFP/TOP framework.
4. Proactively resolve cross-contractor clashes, design discrepancies, and scheduling conflicts to maintain project momentum.
5. Ensure seamless integration of design milestones, construction activities, and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications:

• Proven understanding of design approval workflows and contractor coordination.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with a recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
• At least 8 years managing M&E services works of similar scale and complexity for large scale LTA projects.
