Downtime Management: Perform immediate troubleshooting and recovery of handlers and testers to maintain production continuity.
ESR Support: Ensure ESR runs without delays, preventing bottlenecks in reliability qualification.
Engineering Debug Assistance: Provide on-site support for engineering teams during debug, reducing cycle time for issue resolution.
Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance to avoid unplanned equipment failures.
Project Support: Assist NPI/NTI activities and engineering debug to meet project timelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in semiconductor equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability support.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of handlers, testers, and related semiconductor equipment; ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and ability to work in a NPI environment.
