  • filing of documents
  • liaising with forwarder and shipping partners
  • liaising with vietnam and china sales team members
  • liaising with supplier and customer for sale of goods
  • application of LC and bank loan
  • submission of documents to bank
  • update of trade list
  • monitor shipment of goods to destination
