We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support site execution, coordination, and project administration for residential landed housing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in coordinating daily site activities to ensure smooth execution and progress
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on coordination matters
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), subcontractor claims and related documentation
- Assist in procurement, including sourcing and obtaining quotations
- Monitor site progress and work schedules and provide regular updates
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, site records, correspondences and reports
- Attend site meetings and follow up on site issues and action items
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in residential landed housing projects
- Able to work under pressure and within tight timelines
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
