Job Summary

Provide administrative and data management support to the Contract Department to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth contract operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and maintain up-to-date records for contract-related documents and transactions
• Assist in preparing accounting reports by tracking invoices and payment records to support financial monitoring
• Update and organize Excel spreadsheets and databases using formulas, formatting, and data sorting to maintain data integrity
• Manage filing, document control, and correspondence to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with departmental procedures
• Collaborate with team members to support contract administration tasks and contribute to department efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma qualification preferred to support administrative and accounting tasks
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles to assist in financial record preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, and data sorting, to manage data effectively
• Prior experience in construction or contracts administration is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative and data tasks
