Job Description
Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the food court.
Ensure all food stalls adhere to operational standards and guidelines.
Liaise with food stall operators to address their needs and concerns.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Supervise and manage staff, including cleaners, dishwasher and drink stall.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective action when needed.
Track daily sales, cash collections, and billing reports from vendors.
Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.
Requirements
Prior experience in food court operations or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
