Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to support our daily cleaning operations. The successful candidate will coordinate manpower deployment, liaise with clients, and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily deployment of cleaners and supervisors.
- Monitor attendance, scheduling, and manpower planning.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality.
- Liaise with clients regarding operational matters and feedback.
- Prepare operational reports and documentation.
- Handle staff onboarding, training arrangements, and uniforms/equipment distribution.
- Respond to operational issues and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in cleaning, facilities management, or operations coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
