Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, claims, deductions and statutory contributions
• Ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, MOM and internal payroll policies
• Support payroll reporting, audit checks and documentation
• Liaise with employees and internal stakeholders on payroll-related matters
• Assist with HR/admin matters when required

Requirements:

• Qualifications from a tertiary institution in Finance, Accounting, HR or related field
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
• Experience using Sage EasyPay preferred
• Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling payroll information
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
