Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities for aviation and logistics services.
• Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, ground handlers, transport providers, and vendors to ensure smooth cargo and operational movements.
• Support flight operations, cargo handling, documentation, and shipment coordination activities.
• Ensure timely execution of operational requirements and adherence to customer service standards.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain operational and shipping documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, customs requirements, and company SOPs.
• Monitor and ensure proper filing and record keeping of operational documents.
• Assist in handling operational audits and regulatory inspections when required.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding shipment status, operational updates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and timely service delivery.
• Support escalation handling and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare operational reports as required.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Assist management with operational planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Participate in operational meetings and provide operational updates when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business or related discipline.
• Meticulous and possess positive attitude
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Excel
