Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, driving online revenue, optimizing customer experience, and executing digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Work closely with marketing teams on digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners and external vendors.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from product discovery to order fulfillment.
- Prepare regular sales, performance, and market analysis reports for management.
- Lead and mentor e-commerce team members where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online marketplace management.
- Experience with major marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or TikTok Shop.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce management tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing online sales targets and P&L.
- Experience with regional e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.
