Global private wealth solutions firm prioritizing high-net-worth clientele.
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational backup to the sales advisory team.
Collaborate with advisors and banking partners to coordinate medical appointments, compile necessary paperwork, and collect required financial and KYC records.
Step in for advisors to interface directly with clients during medical check-ups or scheduled discussions.
Maintain active communication with financial institutions and clients to manage schedules, track application statuses, and ensure policy distribution.
Oversee the direct submission of client application files to various insurance providers.
Monitor case pipelines and keep advisors informed while ensuring sales data is accurately reflected in internal databases.
Audit client portfolios to guarantee full alignment with both internal regulatory standards and provider compliance mandates.
Take ownership of assigned cases from intake through finalization, including direct negotiations and follow-ups with insurance underwriters.
Partner with customer service teams to facilitate the timely delivery and completion of annual policy reviews.
Maintain daily liaison with internal illustration and inforce policy departments to manage new and active accounts.
Draft customized PowerPoint presentations and product comparison metrics ahead of client consultations.
Proven experience in sales support or client coordination roles, preferably within wealth management or insurance sectors.
Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills for direct stakeholder management.
High attention to detail regarding documentation accuracy, compliance, and KYC protocols.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple pipelines, track case statuses, and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in creating client presentations and analyzing product comparisons.
