JOB SCOPE

The Site Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day site activities for interior renovation and fit-out projects. This role ensures smooth communication between contractors, suppliers, and clients, while making sure work is carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Site Coordination

• Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule.

• Communicate and follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on site matters.

• Track project timelines, highlight delays, and assist the Project Manager in resolving issues.

• Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site records, including work progress, deliveries, and variation orders.

• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and submit to management.

• Assist in preparing method statements and work schedules.

• Quality & Compliance

• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Report and follow up on site defects, rectifications, and punch list items.

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and regulatory requirements.

• Procurement & Logistics

• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and ensure timely availability of materials.

• Track material usage and ensure proper storage and handling on site.

• Assist in verifying subcontractor claims and site-related invoices.

• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress.

• Support Project Manager in addressing client/site queries promptly.

• Maintain good working relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
