Job Description – Operations Manager

Position: Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Reports To: Director

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's wholesale and retail business, ensuring efficient business processes, smooth supply chain operations, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and business growth while maintaining compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the wholesale and retail business.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inventory, procurement, and stock replenishment.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key customers.

- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.

- Coordinate order processing, deliveries, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

- Prepare operational reports, sales analysis, and management information reports (MIS).

- Supervise operational processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Singapore regulations.

- Resolve operational issues and customer service concerns promptly.

- Support business expansion initiatives and identify new commercial opportunities.

- Coordinate with finance and administrative teams on invoicing, payment collections, and supplier settlements.

- Train and guide operational staff to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.

- At least 3 years of experience in operations, business administration, wholesale trade, retail, banking, financial services, or customer relationship management.

- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in inventory coordination, customer relationship management, and business reporting is an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
