• Own the vision and standards for data platforms, pipelines, and productization across domains.
• Establish governance for metadata, lineage, quality SLAs, and data contracts.

Essential Requirements

• 18+ years of related experience in a professional role with 10+ years in leadership
• Proven track record leading multi-region data platform transformations and operating at executive stakeholder levels.
• Expertise across distributed processing (Spark/Flink), orchestration (Airflow/Dagster), and cloud data services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience implementing data mesh or product-oriented data architectures with strong governance.
• Executive communication and influence; ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Desirable Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Industry certifications (e.g., cloud data engineering) and experience with FinOps for data workloads.
