Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead the Outbound Team: Provide direction, guidance, and support to a team of outbound agents to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Motivate and Inspire: Foster a positive, high-energy environment, motivate the team to meet and exceed their targets, and cultivate a results-driven culture.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of team members, ensuring adherence to sales targets, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
- Coaching & Training: Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, identify skill gaps, and deliver personalized training to improve performance and sales techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Address any performance issues, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain team effectiveness.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Ensure that the team meets or exceeds sales quotas, customer retention rates,and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Sales Campaign Management: Help implement and manage outbound sales campaigns and strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Sales Training & Best Practices: Develop and maintain best practices for sales pitches, lead handling, and closing techniques, ensuring consistency across the team.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
