Assist Production Manager in ensuring the timely and real-time closure and updating of BMR and NAV.

• BMR and NAV Management:
• Ensure timely completion of all NAV entries and outputs at every production stage.
• Prepare and submit daily production output reports.
• Ensure that the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) is handed over promptly from the Production Supervisor to the Production Clerk.
• Oversee the timely closure of production tickets.
• Conduct monthly stock-taking activities to ensure accurate inventory records.

Assist Production Manager in managing processes and manpower effectively.

• Process and Manpower Control:
• Plan and allocate daily job responsibilities to production personnel.
• Assist in the investigation and deviation analysis if it is related to or affected by manpower issues and output.
• Ensure intermediate storage areas are managed within time and space constraints in alignment with production output.
• Ensure that all personnel are adequately trained for their assigned processes.
• Recommend workflow and operational improvements to maximize production efficiency and achieve production targets.
• Update the Training Needs Matrix (TNM) annually and the Training Needs Identification (TNI) quarterly for all subordinates.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors to support production and operational objectives.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
