Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and schedule.

Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.

Monitor manpower attendance, work progress, and site productivity.

Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Liaise with Project Manager, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities when required.

Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are properly utilized and maintained.

Resolve site issues and report any delays, defects, or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field.

At least 2 years of working experience in construction/site supervision.

Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Possess valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites.

Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.

Knowledge of site safety practices and regulations is an advantage.
