What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform machine repair and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate technical data and documentation related to technician duties.
• Assemble and build moderately complex products according to build plans, including:
• Hardware and component installation
• Software loading and system configuration
• Basic network setup
• Identify non-conformance issues in programming processes and escalate when necessary.
• Conduct basic system troubleshooting, installations, modifications, and related technical tasks.
• Support production and engineering teams to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.

Deskripsi Kerja

Tanggungjawab Utama

• Melaksanakan kerja pembaikan dan penyelenggaraan mesin bagi memastikan operasi berjalan lancar.
• Mengurus dan menyelenggara data serta dokumentasi teknikal berkaitan tugas juruteknik.
• Melaksanakan pemasangan produk berkerumitan sederhana mengikut pelan pemasangan, termasuk:
• Pemasangan perkakasan dan komponen
• Pemuatan perisian dan konfigurasi sistem
• Konfigurasi rangkaian asas
• Mengenal pasti ketidakpatuhan (non-conformance) dalam proses pengaturcaraan dan membuat eskalasi jika perlu.
• Melaksanakan penyelesaian masalah asas sistem serta kerja pemasangan, pengubahsuaian dan tugasan teknikal lain.
• Memberi sokongan kepada pasukan pengeluaran dan kejuruteraan bagi memastikan standard kualiti dipatuhi.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the electronics or high-technology industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days per week with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night; 8 hours per shift).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
