Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to governance standards.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Support the implementation of advanced analytics solutions and data-driven strategies.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related domain.
• Proven track record of handling large datasets and delivering actionable business insights.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.

Pay: From RM6,800.00 per month
