Responsibilities
-Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and validation activities to ensure products, systems, or processes meet quality, performance, and customer requirements.
-Conduct testing, analyze results, and prepare technical reports with recommendations for improvement.
-Identify defects, failures, and non-conformities, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering,
-Production, Quality, and Operations to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
-Maintain accurate testing records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company standards and procedures.
-Ensure testing equipment and measuring instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, Science, or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in testing, validation, quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical function.
-Fresh graduates with relevant internship, project, or laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.
-Knowledge of testing methodologies, quality principles, and problem solving techniques.
-Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
-Familiarity with testing equipment, measuring instruments, and data analysis.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and report preparation.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM4,200.00 per month
