Job Summary:

Dita Racing is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging content that showcases our motorsport lifestyle, automotive products, racing events, and brand activities. The ideal candidate is highly creative, familiar with social media trends, and able to produce compelling content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement.

Job Description:

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, products, racing events, workshops, and company activities.
• Edit videos, reels, and short-form content suitable for social media platforms.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and marketing copy aligned with the company's branding.
• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
• Stay updated with automotive, motorsport, and social media trends to produce relevant content.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to support promotional campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage content schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Assist in live event coverage and content production during races, exhibitions, and company events.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, especially in video production and post-editing.
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Strong writing and editing skills in English.
• Strong understanding of content analytics and ability to interpret data to drive content strategies.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their video content trends and formats.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
