Job Responsibilities :

• Operate and handle production machines, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform and manage daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
• Assist the Supervisor in monitoring production processes, machine performance, and workflow efficiency.
• Assist the Supervisor in ensuring finished goods are produced according to quality standards and maintained in good condition.
• Conduct basic machine inspections and report any abnormalities, breakdowns, or operational issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Maintain production records, reports, documentation, and workplace 5S practices.
• Support the Head of Department, Supervisor, or Manager with any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the plastic resin industry.
• Experience in operating injection molding or extrusion machines will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, reliable, disciplined, and committed to good attendance and punctuality.
• Willing and able to work overtime when required.
• Willing to work in Sungai Tiram, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
