Source and identify potential vendors, suppliers, workshops, distributors, and manufacturers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners.
Drive vendor acquisition and onboarding activities to expand marketplace participation.
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements with vendors.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, product listing, and operational readiness.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Digital, and Finance.
Support marketplace campaigns, promotional activities, and business growth initiatives.
Monitor vendor performance and maintain ongoing engagement with onboarded sellers.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the automotive ecosystem.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, Automotive, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Business Development, Vendor Acquisition, Commercial, Marketing, e-Commerce, or the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
Strong network with automotive spare parts vendors, manufacturers, distributors, workshops, and aftermarket industry players will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of marketplace, e-commerce, and commercial operations.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
Willing to travel frequently for vendor engagement and business meetings.
