- Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, packing list, and delivery orders.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update records.
- Schedule transportation
- Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and vendors.
- Resolve delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and logistics issues.
- Assist in customs documentation and import/export processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping, or administrative roles is often preferred.
- Fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9.00 AM – 1:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays)
- ~ Week 1: Working Saturday~Week 2: Off Saturday
