- Responsible for the preparation of full set of accounts, including general accounting, account receivable, account payable, finalization and closing of monthly accounts.Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
- To perform day-to-day processing of financial transactions and ensure that they are up to date.
- To perform general administrative work, maintain systematic filing system, safekeeping of important documents and ensure confidentiality.
- Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, company secretary and bank.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
- Managing the cash flow and reporting the weekly/monthly cash position to the superior and assist in ensuring optimum deployment and use of Company funds.
- To work independently and meet deadlines.
- To perform ad-hoc assignments when required.
