Key Responsibilities

• 1 year or above experience in crane operation
• Relevant certificates by authorized agencies / Valid Dosh
• Operate shiploader equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor loading operations and ensure cargo is loaded according to instructions.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Report equipment defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with truck operators, and vessel personnel during loading activities.
• Maintain housekeeping standards around the work area.
• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and permit requirements.
• Complete operational records and reports as required.
• Assist with minor cleaning and maintenance activities when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in operating shiploader, conveyor, or similar bulk handling equipment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of loading operations and workplace safety practices.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor port environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in port, jetty, quarry, mining, or bulk cargo operations.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
• Possession of relevant safety or machinery operation certifications is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
