We are seeking an employee to join our team in an administrative role:
Requirements
- Have background skills in administration tasks.
- Good computer knowledge and intermediate skills in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Can communicate well in English (both in speaking and writing)
- Able to handle office coordination tasks
- Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and able to work independently
- Have a driving license and own transportation
- Able to work in Bintulu, Sarawak
- Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise site operation/safety documents
- Track employee attendance and work hours
- Handle correspondence with clients and suppliers
- Manage material procurement and stock records
- Maintain and organise financial documents (invoices, receipts, etc.)
- Manage Visa-related documents for workers in Sarawak
- Handle for company car management (car services, road tax, insurance, etc.)

- Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
