- To supervise, lead and support the administration department.
- Handle local government and authority issues in matters pertaining to licences and applications.
- To arrange prompt renewal, coordinate approval, keeping of company insurance policy such as builder risk, liability, building risk, etc.
- Handle quit rents, assessment bills.
- Monitor electricity and sewage bills.
- Maintain property by coordinating repairs, renovations and other necessity.
- Prepare and update properties database.
- To review all correspondence concerning properties and respond as necessary.
- To be responsible for obtaining quotations, negotiating and liaising with suppliers and contractors on purchases for office furniture and equipments.
- Assess all quotations obtained to ensure purchases are up to specification required.
- Supervision during installation of office furniture and equipment.
- Prepare quotation summary for Management approval.
- To perform any other works assigned by Superior from time to time.
