PAYOK is a global payment aggregator specializing in delivering secure and professional online payment solutions to businesses worldwide. Offering support for over 100 payment methods, including bank transfers, virtual accounts/cards, e-wallets, and local payout options.
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Payment business processes
- Extensive experience in merchant payment operations (B2B)
- Strong ability to independently resolve customer issues
- Operational experience in international payment scenarios
- Well-versed in payment operations systems including payment processing, settlement, and reconciliations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce
- Customer service and payment getaway experience
- Operational experience in international payment scenarios
