Job Description

As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of our Singapore platform and supporting the firm's continued growth. Reporting directly to the CEO Singapore, you will be responsible for financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management while ensuring adherence to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the firm's books of accounts, management accounts, and audited financial statements

• Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regulatory purposes

• Ensuring compliance with Singapore Companies Act requirements, MAS regulations, and applicable accounting standards

• Monitoring ongoing financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, cash flow management, and revenue reconciliation

• Monitoring capital adequacy and supporting the firm's financial stability objectives

• Managing and coordinating regulatory filings, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements

• Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process and producing management reports and KPI analysis

• Liaising with external auditors, internal auditors, tax advisors, corporate secretaries, bankers, and legal advisors

• Developing and maintaining financial controls, risk management frameworks, and governance processes

• Supporting senior management and board members through financial analysis and strategic decision-making

Profile & Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) preferred

• Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience within the finance department of a financial services firm

• Experience within an External Asset Manager (EAM), wealth management firm, family office, or financial institution is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), MAS reporting requirements, and regulatory frameworks

• Proficiency in financial management systems and accounting software, preferably Tally

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to operate in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
