Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Expertise:

Experience and knowledge in system administration, asset and configuration management, change management, account and asset management, backup management, capacity management, vulnerability management and system health checks.

Technical Knowledge:

Good system administration competencies in cybersecurity solutions in at least one of the following domains:

• Infrastructure Security
• Endpoint Security
• Data Security
• Security Governance
• Security Analytics or Security Operation Centre (SOC)
• Access and Identity

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT/cybersecurity operations, managed services, and/or system management. Exposure to public sector, large local enterprises, local CII and/or global enterprises is an advantage.

Certifications:

• Required – at least one security vendor product certification at an intermediate level, ITIL Foundation or basic certification in cybersecurity (including ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, CompTIA Security+)
• Advantaged – security vendor product certifications at an advanced level

• Commensurate with experience and qualifications
