Job Title: Operator II / Technician

Location: Singapore

About the Role

We are hiring Operator II / Technicians for a leading manufacturing company in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of manufacturing experience to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production, assembly, and manufacturing operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate production records.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and escalate issues when required.
• Support basic software installation and updates where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
• O Level, N Level, ITE, NITEC, Higher NITEC, SPM, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing or production processes.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,800 per month
• Shift Allowance: SGD 300 – SGD 400 per month
• CPF benefits as applicable

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts
• 12-hour shifts for 2 days
• 8-hour shifts for 3 days per week
