1. Degree or diploma in construction, engineering, civil engineering or other related discipline;

2. 5+ years relevant working experience, construction certificate is preferred;

3. Good command of AutoCAD and other office softwares;

4. Familiar with interior construction regulation, logical thinking, have good cost management and strong analytical skills;

5. Familiar with bidding process and 3rd party supervisor, able to review details for drawing paper;

6. Strong integrity, responsible and able to work under pressure, able to manage all activities on and off site; 

7. Strong ability of team work spirit. Able to assign and monitor to achieve higher level of the team;

8. Good communication and team work sprit. Smooth communication is required to maintain the good relationship with client, main contractor and Sub-contractors.
