Job Description

The Operations Executive supports the execution of event deployments and on-ground activations. You will prepare equipment, follow checklists and SOPs, coordinate logistics, and ensure setups run smoothly. This role is hands-on and crucial to delivering a premium experience for clients and guests.



Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, test and maintain event equipment before deployments
• Support setup, dismantle and on-site operational needs
• Coordinate logistics, timing and inventory movement for events
• Follow SOPs, checklists and quality checks to minimise failures
• Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain warehouse organisation, labeling and equipment readiness
  
  

Requirements

• Responsible, punctual and comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs/checklists consistently
• Basic technical familiarity (AV / PC / equipment setup) is an advantage
• Able to work weekends or night shifts when event schedules require
• Team player with a “get it done” attitude
