Job Requirements
- Engaging with public and private sector leaders, industry experts, and thought leaders to understand the pulse of the industry
- Conducting in-depth research on content topics such as AI, Quantum, Digital Assets and ESG
- Leading the development of the annual content strategy for each forum
- Curating the content programme agendas and session narratives for each forum
- Providing on-site support during events to ensure the seamless execution of content-related activities
- Coordinating with event production teams to deliver high-quality programming that exceeds attendee expectations
- Working on speaker identification and acquisition (including c-suite)
- Writing commercially attractive and industry accurate copy
- Driving content marketing and speaker campaigns
- Supporting the development of an expert/speaker database
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in content strategy, conference programming, editorial, research, journalism, or related roles.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, media, or large-scale industry forums would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of emerging trends such as AI, Digital Assets, Quantum, ESG, and the digital economy.
- Proven ability to develop content strategies, curate agendas, and create compelling session narratives.
- Experience engaging and managing senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, policymakers, industry experts, and speakers.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.
- Good project management skills with experience working across event, marketing, production, and commercial teams.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
