Kotra Pharma is seeking a passionate and experienced Microbiologist to join our Quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, laboratory operations, and ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environme

Key Responsibili

  Perform microbiological testing for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished prod
• ucts.Ensure all testing activities comply with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory requirem
• ents.Support environmental monitoring, OOS investigations, and microbiological validation activi
• ties.Maintain laboratory equipment, media preparation, and reference cult
• ures.Prepare and review microbiology procedures, SOPs, and quality documenta
• tion.Provide technical support and training related to microbiology operat
• ions.Monitor laboratory performance to ensure accurate and timely repor
• ting.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental requirem

ents.
Requir

• ements
  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Microbiology or related disci
• plines.Minimum 3 years of experience in microbiology laboratory operations within the pharmaceutical in
• dustry.Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods and laboratory pra
• ctices.Familiar with sterile and non-sterile dosage
• forms.Good understanding of GMP, GLP, and microbiological tech
• niques.Experience in handling ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, technical competency, staff training, and proficiency testing will be an added adv
• antage.Good communication and teamwork
