About The Rol

eSupport system implementations and finance transformation initiatives. Ensure financial systems data integrity and compliance with accounting standards, and efficient finance system operations through collaboration with Technology, Operations, and relevant internal teams

Roles and Responsibiliti

• esAbility to translate finance requirements into system/logic-driven solutions and identify automation opportuniti
• esStrong digital mindset with adaptability to emerging finance technologies and AI-enabled workflo
• wsBasic ability to leverage data analytics, automation tools, or AI-assisted solutions (e.g., Python, Power BI, Alteryx, RPA, or GenAI copilots) to improve finance process
• esExperience in data validation, reconciliation automation, or intelligent exception handli
• ngPrepare detailed requirements for IT to perform system setup and configuration for Life, Takaful and General insurance product
• s.Support delivery and testing of finance automation and system enhancement project
• s.Investigate and resolve system or data discrepancies through root cause analysis in collaboration with Technology team
• s.Coordinate with stakeholders to address operational issues and ensure timely resolution of post-production incident
• s.Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiative
• s.Perform additional responsibilities as required to support business and operational prioritie

• ts:Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accountancy/Information System/ Actuarial studies and/or other related qualificatio
