Job Description:

• Assist in the overall management of outlet retail operations and sales activities
• Provide an excellent customer service and address any queries and complaints
• Support in the monthly sales target and ensure good outlet performance
• Assist in managing the (Order, receive, monitor) inventory stocks and stock management
• Assist in managing the facility and safety and security of the outlet and team
• Assist in managing stock (ordering of stocks, sufficient stock, stock take and etc.)
• Assist in depositing the daily sales accurately
• Assist in managing the merchandise display in the outlet
• Assist in cash and credit card transactions and assist customers in making payment for their purchase.
• Support in cutting / slicing / trimming the meat based on the retail standard cuts
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulation

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Willing to work at Bayan Lepas.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Outlet Supervisor
• Honest, responsible, and the right attitude
• Medical claim included
• Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
• Willing to work on public holidays, weekends & OT
• Preferably a candidate who can start work immediately

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
