- Oversee the daily operations of the preschool branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and staff development sessions.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional working environment.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, leave, and performance matters.
Student & Parent Relations
- Maintain high standards of customer service for parents and guardians.
- Address parent enquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure student welfare, safety, and well-being at all times.
- Build strong relationships with families to promote parent satisfaction and retention.
Enrolment & Business Development
- Drive student enrolment through marketing initiatives, school tours, and parent engagement activities.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into registrations.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with the local community and relevant stakeholders.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and open days to increase brand awareness.
Academic & Quality Assurance
- Ensure curriculum implementation meets the school's standards and objectives.
- Monitor classroom quality, learning environments, and teaching practices.
- Support teachers in maintaining educational excellence and child development outcomes.
- Ensure accurate student records and documentation are maintained.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure the branch complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and emergency preparedness exercises.
- Maintain records required by relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit operational, enrolment, staffing, and financial reports to management.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and branch maintenance requirements.
- Ensure administrative processes and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead the branch in achieving operational excellence and organizational goals.
- Promote the school's vision, mission, and values.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices across the branch.
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
