• Supervise the daily operations of the café and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance and performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS system knowledge is an advantage).
• Able to weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
