Duties and Responsibilities: -
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to credit card services, including transactions, statements, card features, and account issues.
- Provide support on additional banking or financial products as assigned.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to all internal service standards, compliance policies, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Able to work rotating shifts according to schedule.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
