An engineer applies scientific and mathematical principles to design, develop, test, and improve systems, products, or structures. They transform complex technical concepts into practical, functional realities across industries like manufacturing, construction, and technology.
Process Development: Establish and optimize scientific molding processes for new molds (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust manufacturing windows.

Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex moulding defects such as flash, short shots, warping, or silver streaks through root cause analysis.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of plastic injection moulding machines, Electrical Engineering and etc

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years and above in engineering

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Manager, production team, and external vendors.
Mandarin Speaker Needed.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
