Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Control Management
- Manage the organization's document control process in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Maintain the Master List of Documents and Records.
- Control the issuance, distribution, revision, retrieval, and disposal of documented information.
- Ensure only current and approved versions of documents are available at points of use.
- Prevent unintended use of obsolete documents and maintain proper archival records.
2. Quality Management System (QMS) Support
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Coordinate document reviews and approvals with process owners and department heads.
- Ensure policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and manuals are updated and controlled.
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
3. Records Management
- Maintain quality records according to retention and storage requirements.
- Ensure records are secure, accessible, legible, and protected from loss or damage.
- Monitor document retention periods and coordinate disposal activities where applicable.
4. Audit and Compliance Support
- Assist auditors by providing controlled documents and records during audits.
- Support corrective action and preventive action documentation activities.
- Track document-related nonconformities and ensure timely updates.
5. Training and Awareness
- Communicate document changes to relevant personnel.
- Support employee awareness regarding document control procedures and QMS requirements.
- Provide guidance on document formatting, numbering, and approval processes.
Requirement
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in document control, quality assurance, or quality management systems.
- Experience working within an ISO 9001-certified organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with document management systems and electronic document control platforms.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements related to documented information.
- Knowledge of document control procedures, records management, and audit processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
