Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Head (HOD) in coordinating, supervising, and monitoring the progress of ongoing projects.
- Ensure project quality meets the highest standards and complies with client requirements, relevant authorities, and regulatory standards.
- Plan and manage all project activities from inception to completion.
- Manage and monitor project budgets for assigned projects, and implement proactive measures to prevent cost overruns.
- Ensure all projects comply with workplace safety policies, rules, and regulations.
- Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and implement appropriate solutions.
- Attend and coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Plan, forecast, and monitor subcontractors’ work progress, prepare weekly work schedules, and conduct daily coordination meetings to ensure project timelines are achieved.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Head (HOD).
Job Requirements:
- Preferably possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience and knowledge in steelwork, metalwork fabrication, and erection will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
