Job Description &Requirements:

• Manage full quantity surveying duties across entire project lifecycles, from tender stage through to final accounts.
• Prepare timely tender submissions for plumbing, sanitary and gas works, including performing quantity measurement and taking-off.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to understand project scope and requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective project outcomes.
• Assist in contract administration, variation orders (VO), claims, final accounts, settlements and subcontractor payments, throughout project execution.
• Maintain proper documentation for contracts, quotations, progress claims, and project records.
• Perform all other QS related duties or any other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of quantity surveying experience in Plumbing Sanitary Gas, M&E or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of measurement, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, contractual compliance, and industry practices, with the ability to review and interpret contractual terms and project requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with drawings and specifications.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Singapore quantity surveying: 2 years (Required)
