Massive hiring drive for a global automation leader! Fixed shifts (no rotating shifts), direct contract with the MNC, and great bonus structures.
THE PAY & BENEFITS:
Basic Salary: Competitive Basic (Based on engineering experience).
Shift Allowances: Noon Shift (+$10/day) | Night Shift (+$15/day).
Bonuses: AWS + Variable Bonus (VB) included!
Perks: 14 Days Annual Leave + Full Medical/Corporate benefits.
Stability: 1-Year Contract (Highly convertible to Permanent status).
FIXED SHIFTS (Choose 1 | Mon-Fri & Alt Sat):
️ Morning: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Noon: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Night: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
LOCATION & INTERVIEW INFO:
Location: North - East
JOB SCOPE:
Assembly and testing of electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Execute basic production tests using test benches and measuring instruments.
Perform simple data entry into the system to track production progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
NITEC / Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
Understanding of basic mechanical/electrical principles.
Good hand-eye coordination for precise assembly work.
