Participate in project meetings and record minutes of meeting time, tracking the progress of each department.
Digitize or archive large amounts of engineering drawings, subcontracting contracts, and government approvals to ensure easy access.
If directly serving a Director or General Manager, manage their schedule, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel.
Act as a liaison, coordinating information flow between headquarters, the site, subcontractors, material suppliers, and government agencies (such as BCA, MOM, NEA).
Draft and follow up on purchase orders (POs), invoices, subcontractor payment requests, and customer quotations.
Track and update the validity of all skilled workers' (such as crane operators, electricians, and safety officers) certifications and licenses to ensure they are not expired.
Enroll new workers in required safety training courses (such as CSOC/BCSS construction safety courses) and related skills enhancement courses (BCA CoreTrade).
