• Preparing and processing invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, and assist in reconciliation and collection follow-up
• Ensure accurate accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
• Responsible for daily accounting operations to ensure that all accounting transactions comply with accounting standards and financial policies
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
• Review payment vouchers, staff claims, and ensure proper cost control
• Assist in audit, tax filing, bank reconciliations, and submission of statutory reports to government authorities
• Perform bank reconciliation and support inventory checking when required
• Maintain financial documents and ensure confidentiality
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis tasks
• Assist the Finance team with periodic stocktaking activities
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading;
• Familiar with accounting standards and relevant tax regulations;
• Proficient in full set of accounts and financial processes;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills;

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• costing/AP/AR: 2 years (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Required)

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
